Service structure and delivery
cybrixfy organizes learning around three delivery formats: open courses for individuals, cohort-based corporate programs, and short advisory sprints. Each format is anchored in case-based materials: workshop briefs, step-by-step lab guides, annotated conversation flows, and post-workshop integration checklists. Delivery combines live instruction with self-paced modules and assessed project submissions so learners produce reusable artifacts rather than just certificates.
In cohort programs we assign team-based scenarios that reflect real operational challenges — for example, automating common customer support intents, designing handoff patterns between AI and human agents, and building searchable internal knowledge assistants. Each cohort concludes with a demo day where teams present working prototypes and receive structured feedback tied to measurable adoption criteria.
