To register for paid or free courses you must be legally able to enter into contracts and comply with applicable laws in Thailand. Organizations registering team members must ensure each participant meets course prerequisites. Use of the platform must align with these terms and our code of conduct.
Users under 16 should not register without parental or organizational consent. If a minor is enrolled by an employer or educational institution, the enrolling party must confirm eligibility and supervision.
Services must be used lawfully. Prohibited activities include using course content or platform features to facilitate illegal activities, to create material designed to deceive or harm others, or to violate export controls or sanctions.
Access to cybrixfy services may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. Users are responsible for complying with local laws when accessing content from outside Thailand. We may limit or block access where required by law.
Account and Enrollment
Creating an account provides access to course catalogs, learning paths, and community forums. Account details should be accurate and updated promptly to ensure correct course delivery and certification records.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Incorrect or outdated data may affect your ability to participate in live sessions or receive certificates tied to course completion.
Keep your account credentials confidential. Use strong, unique passwords and enable available security features. cybrixfy will never ask for your password via email or unsolicited contact.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by cybrixfy in writing. Group and enterprise licenses may be managed by designated administrators under a separate agreement.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify [email protected] immediately and follow our incident guidance. Prompt notice helps limit potential misuse of learning credits or personal data.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse platform resources, or pose security risks. Suspension may be temporary while we contribute suspected violations.
Service Description
cybrixfy delivers online courses, workshops, templates, and scenario-based case studies focused on practical AI use cases, chatbot workflows, and integration techniques. Content is delivered via recorded lessons, live sessions, interactive labs, and downloadable resources.
Course content, schedules, and feature sets evolve as AI tools and best practices change. We update materials to reflect new scenarios and learning outcomes. Substantial changes to paid course formats will be communicated to enrolled learners.
We strive for reliable access but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance and occasional outages may occur. When possible, scheduled downtime is published in advance and alternative access or session recordings are provided for enrolled participants.
Platform Rules and Conduct
To foster a productive learning environment, users must follow conduct rules grounded in respect, legal compliance, and practical integrity. Below are key examples and prohibited behaviors.
- Respectful interaction: No harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior in forums, live sessions, or feedback channels.
- No misuse of AI outputs: Do not use course-provided models or prompts to produce content that facilitates harm, fraud, or deception.
- Intellectual property respect: Do not upload or claim ownership of third-party content without permission.
- No automated scraping: Do not use bots or scripts to extract data from the platform beyond provided APIs or export features.
- Honest participation: Do not submit plagiarized work for assessments or certifications; cite sources and case references.
- Confidentiality of assessments: Do not distribute exam keys, solution sets, or controlled workshop materials outside authorized channels.
- Compliance with local law: Follow relevant Thai regulations and export controls when using AI tools and datasets.
User Content and Contributions
Users may upload code snippets, prompts, project deliverables, or forum posts. Contributions support collaborative learning and may be used as anonymized examples in future courses when permitted.
You retain ownership of original content you upload, subject to any third-party rights. By contributing, you confirm you have rights to share the material and have complied with any applicable licensing terms.
By posting content on cybrixfy, you grant cybrixfy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and adapt your contributions for educational and promotional purposes, including in anonymized case studies and scenario libraries.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your submissions. Do not share private personal data about others, confidential corporate information, or restricted datasets in public areas.
cybrixfy may remove user content that violates these terms or applicable law. If you believe content was removed in error, contact support with details for review.
Intellectual Property
All platform content, course materials, curricula, logos, and site design are owned or licensed by cybrixfy. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of copyrighted course content is prohibited.
- Do not copy or redistribute course recordings or paid materials outside your authorized account.
- Do not remove or alter cybrixfy branding on downloaded resources.
- If you require extended use rights for corporate training, request a licensing agreement through [email protected].
Paid Services and Billing
Paid offerings include individual courses, certification tracks, corporate training packages, and live workshop seats. Pricing and feature sets are described on the course pages and purchase flow.
Prices listed on cybrixfy.digital apply at the time of purchase. Promotional discounts and package rates may be time-limited. Case-based packages for teams include scenario customization and are quoted separately.
Payments are processed through our selected payment providers. Accepted methods are listed at checkout. Transactions are subject to provider terms; cybrixfy does not store full card numbers.
Subscriptions grant ongoing access to content tiers while active. Cancellation ends renewals but does not retroactively refund prior periods unless otherwise specified in the refund policy.
Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. For courses with significant self-study components, refunds may be limited after access to materials has been granted. For live events, refund terms vary with event timing and vendor commitments.
To cancel a subscription or course enrollment, follow the account or billing procedures in your dashboard. Corporate agreements may require written notices per contract terms.
Applicable taxes and fees may be added to listed prices. Buyers are responsible for local taxes unless otherwise indicated. For VAT or tax-exempt status, provide appropriate documentation during purchase.
We may adjust pricing for new enrollments. Existing paid commitments under active subscriptions or contracts are honored according to the terms agreed at purchase.
Failure to pay fees may result in suspension of access to paid materials until outstanding balances are resolved. cybrixfy reserves the right to restrict account features for non-payment.
Disclaimer
Course materials are educational and provided 'as is' to support skill development. Content includes case studies and scenarios reflecting typical industry workflows; individual results may vary depending on prior experience and organizational context.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, cybrixfy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including loss of data, business interruption, or reliance on course outputs. Liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid for the relevant service in the prior 12 months.
Third-Party Services
We may integrate third-party tools and services for content delivery, analytics, or labs. Use of those services is subject to the providers' terms and privacy policies. cybrixfy is not responsible for third-party performance or outages.
Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms, illegal activities, or misuse of platform resources. Users may terminate by closing their accounts subject to any notice or contractual obligations.
Upon termination, access to paid content may end immediately and licenses granted under these terms will cease. We may retain certain data as required for legal or accounting purposes and to prevent abuse.
Privacy and Data Protection
We collect personal data needed to provide courses, manage accounts, and process payments. Data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. We employ reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data and follow a case-based retention schedule for training records.
Communications and Notifications
By registering, you consent to receive service-related communications, including enrollment confirmations, schedule changes, and security notices. Marketing messages are sent only with consent and include simple unsubscribe options.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect new offerings or legal requirements. Material updates are posted on the site with an effective date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance; if you do not accept changes, discontinue use and request account closure.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Parties agree to the jurisdiction of Thai courts for disputes unless otherwise agreed in a separate corporate contract.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, contact our support to attempt resolution through negotiation and, where appropriate, staged escalation to mediation. For unresolved disputes, parties may seek remedies in courts as stated under governing law.
